Next Step

Simplify.

The nature of the world is that unless you alter your processes, habits and behaviours you will continue to get the averaged results you are now achieving.

The components

Just for now, consider yourself to be a standard issue car. Nothing fancy, yet. How fast can you go? The answer is easily found in two places. One is the specifications of the car – based on engine capacity, transmission efficiency, gearing, etc. The other is to find a quiet highwayt and put your foot down. Chances are that the two numbers will be close.

Who cares?

The principle on show is that you cannot get more from the system than the maximum the system can produce.

Your current systems have limits. Business systems have a limit. If you want more than the system can deliver – you can see you need to alter the systems it uses. It may sound complicated, but it is the opposite.

You cannot get excess cashflow if your business terms are not designed to give it to you. You cannot make vast profits if your margins are too low or your markets too small. You cannot scale quickly if your processes rely on highly technical labour that you cannot access quickly.

Simple.

The good news is that there are models to follow. That you can borrow the structure of systems and processes that work. That you CAN choose a business model that is capable to giving your what you want.

About me

I am not normal, as far as I can tell. There is no one like me. My strength comes from a sometimes annoying level of focus on getting clarity on what is actually desired. I can move easily from satellite view to on the field view to micro view. This helps ensure that the models at each level can be effective. I have about 50 years of focus on business (I started very young) mixed with a love of science particularly physics. I have street-fighter business nouse and I have developed powerful strategic models to ensure we are fighting the right battle on the right field with the right plans.
